Once a dilapidated property split into two flats, this double-fronted terrace in Muswell Hill was completely transformed by All Done Design to create a cohesive six-bedroom family home. The basement, formerly an empty shell, was refurbished into a self-contained guest suite which also included a utility room, cloakroom and home gym. The entire roof was also lifted off as part of the renovation works to create a generous master suite, complete with a large dressing room and en-suite bathroom. When replacing the roof, All Done Design installed a fixed roof light to bring much-needed daylight into the heart of the home over the stairwell which was formerly a very dark space.

The clients wanted the sitting room to connect to the kitchen-diner to create a large, open living space where the whole family could enjoy time together.

 

 

A number of glazed partitions were installed
to separate the hallway and kitchen, as well as ensure light continued to flood the entrance hall. The glass screens provide a glimpse into the beautiful kitchen and right through to the
garden from the moment you step inside.

 

Originally one room, All Done Design reconfigured the attic to make the most of the space and created a large master suite with a walk-in wardrobe utilising the eaves.
