This mansion block flat was reconfigured and completely refurbished. New plumbing and electrics were installed before the walls, ceilings and floor were replaced. The new finishes included new fire doors, walnut flooring and plaster coving. A new kitchen, three new bathrooms and bespoke carpentry, including walk in wardrobe complete this modern classic upgrade.
Original features were retained where possible. Silicon moulds were taken from the plaster coving, so it could be patched and repaired seamlessly.
