Oner Avara, founder of All Done Group

All Done Group is a London-based design, build and refurbishment company established in Muswell Hill in 2009. Founder Oner Avara brings four decades of hands-on construction experience, leading a team delivering high-end residential refurbishments, listed and conservation projects, commercial and hospitality fit-outs, and specialist healthcare environments across London and surrounding areas. Our approach

One point of contact, from concept to completion

Every project is tailored to the building, the client and the brief. A dedicated project manager coordinates the programme, design team, specialist contractors, suppliers and site operations, providing clear communication throughout the build and through to handover.

Our long-standing relationships with architects, engineers, specialist trades and suppliers allow us to bring the right expertise together for each project while maintaining control of quality, programme and budget.

Philosophy

“It’s unwise to pay too much, but it’s worse to pay too little. When you pay too much, you lose a little money- that’s all.
