This project saw the complete refurbishment of this Grade II listed home. All the original features were either overhauled and refurbished or sourced and installed, to bring this period property back to life. A new beam between the Kitchen and Dining space enabled these two rooms to flow together, while widening the access to the newly landscaped garden created a flow between the indoors and outside space. Underfloor heating was introduced in the basement, ground and first floor before beautiful light oak wood floors were installed. A serene and elegant en suite bathroom was created off the master bedroom, while the family shower room was also redesigned. The property received a complete mechanical and electrical upgrade, the roof was repaired and the front and rear brickwork was repointed where necessary.
A new working fireplace was installed, the coving and ceiling roses were replaced and the windows and shutters were overhauled.
Hidden storage either side of the chimney breast in the bathroom, creates an uncluttered space for the quality sanitary ware and lighting to shine.
Both the front and rear of the property were reviewed, repaired and carefully considered as part of the works.
