All Done Design Announced as a Finalist for Four National Awards

As one of North London’s leading high-end design and build providers, All Done Design has achieved so much over the years. Hailed as a multi-award winning company, we’re thrilled to announce that we are going for more!

We take a look back at our previous achievements, as well as reveal the four accolades our Managing Director Charlie Avara has been nominated for as a finalist in 2023. The entire team can’t wait to celebrate these alongside Charlie later on in the year. More exciting times ahead for All Done Design.

SME London Business Awards 2023

A strong start to the year, Charlie was awarded Silver for ‘Business Woman of the Year’ at the SME Business Awards 2023. Prior to this, Charlie was also a finalist in the ‘Women in Construction’ category at the 2022 London Construction Awards. A passionate advocate of championing women in the construction sector, Charlie continues to push for more inclusivity within the industry and proves that construction is a place in which women can thrive.

SME News Business Elite Awards 2023

Another success saw All Done Design awarded as ‘Best Design/Build Firm for 2023’ at the SME News Business Elite Awards in January. This was a huge moment for us and we are so proud to have been awarded this title. A magnificent achievement, it is testament to the entire team’s hard work and dedication to make it happen.

National Building & Construction Awards 2023

Looking forward to the next round of awards, Managing Director Charlie has been announced as a finalist at the National Building & Construction Awards 2023 for the ‘Women in Construction’ title in recognition of her exceptional drive as a woman in a highly male-dominated industry, as well as her utmost determination to succeed in everything she sets her mind to. Taking place in November, Charlie is hugely excited to be taking part as a finalist in this prestigious awards ceremony.

Inspiring Women in Construction and Engineering Awards

Encouraging women and young girls to share her passion and thrive in the sector, Charlie’s passion to inspire the next generation of females in construction has not gone unnoticed with her being announced as a finalist in the Inspiring Women in Construction and Engineering Awards for the ‘Contribution to Gender Diversity’ category. Bringing together women and male allies from across the sector to network, learn and celebrate their successes, the awards ceremony is taking place at the beginning of October. Watch this space!

Best Businesswomen Awards 2023

Charlie has also recently been announced as a finalist for the ‘Most Inspiring Businesswoman’ title at the 2023 Best Businesswomen Awards. Considered as one of the UK’s most prestigious awards ceremonies, these accolades recognise great female entrepreneurs and business leaders who are making a real impact on their industry.

Inspiring Women in Property Awards 2023

Last but certainly not least, Charlie has been nominated as a finalist in Property Week’s Inspiring Women in Property Awards as ‘Woman of the Year’. What a huge accolade and one which is most definitely deserved. Announced in October, these awards recognise the hard work of those dedicated to improving inclusivity, diversity, and equality for women in property.

What an incredible year for our Managing Director Charlie and All Done Design. Being nominated as a finalist is an achievement in itself and an immensely exciting time for the entire All Done Design team.
