Arts and Crafts Cottage

This stunning cottage on the Rookfield Estate in Muswell Hill required a complete refurbishment. The ground floor was rearranged to accommodate a WC and through access from hall to kitchen. The existing rear extension was demolished and rebuilt in matching brick and widened using frameless glass. Underfloor heating was added to the kitchen area, along with new stone and engineered wood floors. The house was completely re-wired and re-plumbed before the two bathrooms were refurbished. The existing first floor boards were sanded and re-finished before the entire house was redecorated.
