This Grade II listed Georgian property was refurbished in two phases. The rear extension and city garden was developed first, incorporating two two-meter circular roof lights to bring to the light into the centre of the extension. The basement construction was completed in phase two and incorporated a utility room, steam shower room and media room. A small powder room was included under the stairs.
Bespoke wall paper, beautiful marble tiles and a retro sink was used to bring luxury to the smallest room in the house.
The walk-on roof lights were incorporated into the decked and grassed roof terrace. A cast iron staircase at the end of the terrace leads directly to the patio below.
