Back to brick, and converted back to a single family, this was a Design & Build project that required a complete overhaul . The basement excavation and full width loft conversion to create a stunning 5 bedroom home with gym, subterranean garage, separate guest suite, play room and snug.

The floors in the living room and kitchen were upgraded before a new kitchen was installed, with stunning geometric tiles to add depth of interest. 

A Bathroom with a stunning freestanding bath, complemented by elegant brass taps and a chic towel rail. The sleek marble basin unit and matching shower interior elevate the design, creating a sanctuary of luxury and style. Every detail has been carefully crafted to offer the perfect balance of beauty and functionality, because our clients deserves the best.
